How to watch for free

  1. Get an antenna. A basic indoor antenna picks up ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, ION and The CW in HD. That covers many marquee WNBA and college games.
  2. Use free streams. UpShot League games and many smaller-conference college games stream free on YouTube and conference sites.
  3. Time your free trials. Many streaming services offer a trial. Start one right before a big game or tournament.
  4. Filter by Free. Tap Free at the top of The Tip-Off to see only games you can watch without a subscription.
  5. Use what you already pay for. Tap My Viewing Options and tick the services you have, like Prime Video, Peacock or your cable package, to see every game you can already watch.
